Shipping

We ship in recycled satchels via Australia Post from Jamisontown, NSW within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, Australia Post may take longer. Please note that insurance is not included in our postage rates.

 

Local Pick Up

We are happy to offer local pickup as an option. If you select this we will be in touch to arrange a time with you.

 

Returns

Refunds will only be processed if the item is faulty or damaged within 7 days of receiving the item. We can offer a refund, exchange or credit note for a damaged or faulty item. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. To be eligible for a return you will need to contact the team at heythere@thatpicnicvibe.com.au and include your name and order number so we can assist you.

 

Created by us

We are the creators! We love designing and bringing you products that we ourselves use and love. Although we are an Australian small business it is not always possible to source everything locally so we source from multiple locations. We then hand sew and finish every item in our very own home studio.

 

Rattan

We love our rattan. We love that it’s natural and environmentally ticks all our boxes. For these very reasons all our rattan pieces are unique and may vary in colours making each one even more special.  

 

Care for me

Our sand free blankets and throw rugs can be placed on a cold delicate wash or hand washed. Always hang to dry. Do not place in dryer, vacuum or bleach. Rattan can be wiped by hand for cleaning, please do not place any of our items in the dishwasher.
